Ordering

When My Order will Ship?

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within 1 business day. *Due to the pandemic, the shipment might be delayed for 3-5 days. Apologize for the inconvenience.

How Can I Check My Order?

After placing your order you will receive an email message confirming receipt of your order. Many orders ship the next business day, but some orders take a few days to ship. Out of stock items will take longer. We will update you via e-mail if unable to receive your item(s) within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please email us at service@gogotales.com. An email will be sent to you as soon as we know your item(s) have shipped.

Are My Credit Card And Other Account Information Secure?

Yes. secure software encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name, address, and phone number. Our software utilizes "Secure Socket Layer" or SSL technology used by other major retailers. we will never sell or lease your personal customer information.

How Can I Cancel my Order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 12 hours of placing the order. Simply contact service@gogotales.com for cancelation inquiries.

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

We are sorry that if you have received the wrong item, please reach out to service@gogotales.com with your order number and details. To speed up the process, please make sure to attach a photo of the wrong item you have received in your inquiry. If we are responsible for the issue, we are happy to process a return/exchange for free.

Offer Exchanges for Faulty Items?

Yes and please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. You will also receive an email of confirmation when this is processed.

How Can I Make A Return?

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Upon the arrival of the goods in our warehouse, the items will be subject to quality checks to ensure that the return complies with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No refunds will be given for products received in a condition that does not comply with these terms and conditions. If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email and will receive a credit card refund on the payment method used for the purchase within approximately 30 days from the date the items were returned to our warehouse.
